But what if we told you that not only are all-inclusive weddings a real thing, they are actually becoming increasingly more popular and we are seeing even more couples opt for an all-inclusive option? If you have ever planned a wedding or if you are newly engaged and just beginning the planning process, you know that wedding planning can be so much fun but it can also be tedious and time-consuming. This is why at Davis and Grey Farms, we knew that we wanted to offer our couples the option for us to do all the “heavy lifting” of wedding planning for them, while still allowing for the couple to customize and tailor everything to fit their vision, needs, and budget. So that is exactly what we did when creating our all-inclusive wedding package!

Mattie + Hunter are one of our amazing all-inclusive couples and their Spring wedding was the perfect depiction of how the all-inclusive option creates a stress-free and beautiful wedding day. We are proud to be one of only a handful of all-inclusive wedding venues in the state of Texas. We know you will love the all-inclusive wedding package as much as they did!

ALL THE INCLUSIONS, NONE OF THE STRESS.

With our all-inclusive package, we wanted it to be as true to the name as possible! Our package is designed to accomodate 120 wedding guests but can be adjusted to accomodate additional guests as well. Here is what we include in our all-inclusive package:

-Venue set up, tear down, and clean up
-12 hour venue rental
-Catering for 120 guests (including serving and bussing)
-2 bartenders for 5 hours of bar service (can be replaced with coffee bar if not serving alcohol)
-Floral (includes person florals, ceremony florals, and reception florals)
-8 hours of wedding day photography coverage
-DJ for reception and ceremony
-Hair and Make up (for bride and 6 bridesmaids)
-Month of Coordination
-Wedding Cake
-Linens and cloth napkins
-Wedding Security

CUSTOMIZABLE AND TAILORED TO YOU.

When you opt for the all-inclusive wedding package, you will be able to select from our network of trusted and incredibly talented wedding vendors. While you can’t go wrong with any of our all-inclusive vendors, we do want our couples to still have autonomy in selecting the vendor that most aligns with their wedding vision. We make this process easy and stress-free by assisting you in viewing the vendors work or services prior to making your selection. Once you have selected your vendors, we take it from there! We handle all of the booking and the payments. When your vendors have been selected and booked, that is where the fun begins! You get to take your engagement photos, taste cakes, taste your wedding meal options, pick your favorite wedding florals and so on! This saves you the time and stress of searching for the right vendors, worrying about the quality of service you will get, and the back and forth correspondence to receive pricing and actually book the vendor. However, it doesn’t limit you from having a wedding that is truly unique to you and your soon to be spouse. We want you to have your dream wedding. We will handle the logistics so you can simply enjoy this season and know that you will arrive on your wedding day and see your wedding vision perfectly executed.

Lastly and possibly most importantly, our all-inclusive package boasts versatility and flexibility but also AFFORDABILITY. The overall cost of the all-inclusive option is less than the cost of an average wedding in the DFW Metroplex! If you’re not a wedding professional, you probably don’t know what pricing is “normal” for any one vendor. This makes it easy to assign too much of your budget to one vendor, which can result in not having a sufficient amount of your budget remaining to secure the rest of your vendors. This causes couples to have to exceed their budgets or sacrifice things they really wanted. The all-inclusive package helps avoid this! We work alongside top wedding vendors across DFW that offer our all-inclusive couples exclusive pricing in order to provide you with a luxury experience without the luxury price tag.
