At Davis & Grey Farms we have created two special packages that fit all of these needs. Both of these packages include the following:
Full use of our climate-controlled Venue, Chapel and grounds
Multiple Indoor + Outdoor Ceremony Options
One of a Kind White Chapel Backdrop
Climate Controlled Indoor Ceremony Option
Private and spacious Bridal + Groom Suites
On site Team Member.
THE CEREMONY PACKAGE
WEEKDAY RENTALS ONLY
Peak Season | $500/hour (Up to 3 hours total)
Off Season | $450/hour (Up to 3 hours total)
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES
Up to a 3 hour rental for 50 guests or less.
Use of Private Bridal and Groom Suites.
Use of the Indoor Chapel or Outdoor ceremony space for your ceremony and photos.
Food + Beverages are not permitted to be served in the Ceremony Package.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
6 hour rental for 50 guests or less.
Use of Private Bridal and Groom Suites.
Use of the Indoor Chapel or Outdoor ceremony space for your ceremony and photos.
Use of the indoor reception space for first dances, cake cutting, and toasts.
Use of the indoor reception space for serving appetizers.
No additional Full Venue hours may be added to the Elopement Package - only early access to the Bridal Suite hours may be added.

Other Important Details:
We require a $1M event insurance policy with Davis & Grey Farms listed as the additional insured, this costs about $200.
