Davis & Grey Farms hosts only one wedding each day to ensure that every couple's event is special and receives the team's full attention.

How long is the rental period at Davis & Grey Farms?

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events include a 12-hour rental period. Weekday (Monday–Thursday) events include a 10-hour rental period.

Is a wedding coordinator included in the venue rental?

A full wedding coordinator is included in the All-Inclusive package. The Venue Only rental does not include a coordinator, but an on-site staff director is present throughout the rental. Month-of Coordination is available as an add-on starting at $1,500.

Does Davis & Grey Farms provide decor?

Yes. Davis & Grey Farms has a large decor room with furniture and décor pieces — including ceremony arches, wedding signage, candles, table numbers, and more — all included in the venue rental at no additional cost.

What tables and chairs are included with the venue rental?

Included: 230 indoor chairs, 24 outdoor benches, 24 indoor church pews, 23 round 72-inch tables, 6 six-foot tables, 10 eight-foot tables, and 2 eight-foot wood farmhouse tables.

What is the alcohol policy at Davis & Grey Farms?

If serving alcohol, clients must provide security and licensed bartenders through the venue's preferred vendor. No shots, no kegs, and no hard liquor are permitted in the private suites. Bar service is capped at a maximum of 5 hours.

Is wedding insurance required?

Yes. All clients must present proof of a $1 million event insurance policy with Davis & Grey Farms listed as additional insured at least 30 days before the event. This typically costs approximately $200.

Does Davis & Grey Farms offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes. A 3% discount is extended to active military members, firefighters, police, EMS, and teachers. Proof of service is required and the discount applies only to the booking couple.

Are outside vendors allowed at Davis & Grey Farms?

Yes. Outside vendors are welcome with no additional fee. All vendors must be licensed and insured prior to working at the venue.

Are food trucks allowed at Davis & Grey Farms?

Yes. Davis & Grey Farms has designated parking and electrical hookups specifically for food trucks. Food trucks must be licensed and insured.

Are dogs or pets allowed at Davis & Grey Farms?

Dogs are allowed at the ceremony and for photos with advance approval from Jill. Animals other than service animals are not allowed under roof or near food. Dogs must be leashed and attended by someone other than the bride and groom.

How much is the deposit to secure a date at Davis & Grey Farms?

A 25% payment is required at contract signing to hold your date. The remaining balance is paid in installments: 25% six months prior, 25% three months prior, and the final balance 30 days before the event.

Can I add a Thursday rental to my Friday wedding?

Yes. Thursday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM can be added to any Friday rental for $1,500. This is perfect for decorating, rehearsing, or hosting a rehearsal dinner on-site — giving you two days for the same investment as a Saturday.

Are sparklers allowed at Davis & Grey Farms?

Yes. Sparklers are permitted when handled at least 8 feet from the barn, extinguished properly with coordinator assistance, and limited to 20 inches in length or shorter.

Yes. Davis & Grey Farms offers a fully climate-controlled indoor chapel with large windows, black iron lantern chandeliers, and antique church pews, as well as a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Couples may choose either or combine them for ceremony and reception.

How much does it cost to get married at Davis & Grey Farms?

Venue-only rentals range from $5,000 (weekday) to $8,500 (Saturday). Off-season rates (January, February, July, August) are discounted. All-inclusive packages for up to 120 guests start at $25,000 (weekday) and go up to $28,250 (Saturday). Month-of Coordination is available as an add-on starting at $1,500. No taxes or credit card fees are charged.
