Davis & Grey Farm’s Month Of Coordination package is for couples who have done the planning themselves. Our team takes over where you left off in order for you to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up the big day. Most importantly, your wedding day should be stress and worry free, and adding on this package allows you to enjoy your hard work!

Details:

• Lead Coordinator + Assistant Coordinator

• Phone and email access the month of the wedding

• 1 in-person meeting (or via zoom) to discuss the details

• 1 Zoom meeting the week of the wedding

• Oversee the rehearsal at the venue on the day of the wedding

• Create a timeline and distribute to all vendors

• Manage day of set-up

• Set linens and additional decor

• Oversee all of the reception details

• Manage vendor arrival

• Oversee vendor set up

• Cue wedding party during the day (Before, during, and after the ceremony.)

• Oversee clean-up and ensure no personal items are left behind.
