VERSATILE.  White barns are the perfect blank slate for a variety of designs, floral themes, and aesthetics.  At Davis & Grey Farms your wedding could be casual or black tie.  Our modern farmhouse feel provides a great mixture of both. You can decide whether you want the venue to feel eloquent, like an outdoor garden, rustic, or completely transform the space into your Pinterest dreams.

2. OUTDOOR SPACE.  Most white barn venues are situated outside of the city limits, providing a peaceful backdrop and wide open Texas skies. At Davis & Grey you’ll see stars for days and rainbows after the summer storms.

Davis & Grey Farms is located 30 minutes East of McKinney and an hour from downtown Dallas.  20 Acres of rolling Texas prairie, wild Mesquite trees, and full fields provide a backdrop for the most gorgeous wedding pictures you’ve ever seen.

Our venue also focuses on incredible outdoor spaces.  Every design has an Instagram picture in mind - from our daybed porch swings, white chapel backdrop, or the string light covered courtyard.  We like to look from the lens of “How can this be shared?”

3. NATURAL LIGHT FOR PICTURES.  Every single space of Davis & Grey Farms was designed from a photographers perspective.  The six large glass garage doors and massive windows fill the venue with the most beautiful natural light.  Both suites were also designed with natural lighting in mind. The Bridal Suite has a 6 foot picture window that provides natural light for your make up artists and all your getting ready pictures. Glass doors at the front fill the entry with sun rays as you get ready to walk down the aisle.

Our new indoor ceremony chapel was designed the same way. Three massive windows on the backside that overlook the back 10 acres. Windows line both of the sides and the front entry is designed around a large glass door with windows all the way around.

4. SUNSETS.  There are no better sunsets than those captured with a white barn wedding venue in the background.  The fields.  The flowing trees.  The wildflowers in the Spring and Summer and snowwhite tall grass during the winter.  The Texas skies make sure to show off during every golden hour at Davis & Grey Farms.
